One of the standout features of our Ovation of the Seas cruise ship review was the incredible variety of dining options on Ovation of the Seas. From the elegant Main Dining Room to the always-popular Windjammer Marketplace, the complimentary restaurants consistently delivered delicious meals, excellent service, and plenty of variety throughout our Royal Caribbean cruise.
When it came to specialty dining options on Ovation of the Seas, Chops Grille was our favorite, serving exceptional steaks and providing a memorable dining experience. We also enjoyed Jamie's Italian, Amber & Oak Pub, and several casual dining venues that made it easy to find something different every day. Cabins
During our Royal Caribbean cruise, we stayed in a Balcony Stateroom, and it proved to be a comfortable home away from home. One of our favorite experiences was visiting the Bionic Bar, where robotic bartenders mix and serve custom cocktails in an entertaining, futuristic setting. It's one of the many unique attractions that adds to the memorable Ovation of the Seas entertainment.
We also spent time enjoying the classic atmosphere of the Schooner Bar, sampling wines at Vintages, and relaxing with a cocktail while taking in the breathtaking ocean views from Two70®. Some of the ship's most popular attractions, including North Star, RipCord by iFLY, and certain Ovation of the Seas entertainment experiences, require reservations and can fill up quickly, so it's best to book them as early as possible.
The outdoor pool deck can become crowded on warm sea days, especially during peak travel seasons. In addition, while Ovation of the Seas offers plenty of activities for families and adults, guests looking for large waterslides or more extreme thrill attractions may find fewer options compared to Royal Caribbean's newer Icon Class and Oasis Class ships.
